Our caregivers are the heart of our organization. The caregivers are carefully selected individuals who have a genuine love for seniors, and are thoroughly screened, bonded and insured, for your peace of mind.
Our caregivers are selected not only for their compassion and love of seniors, but their years of previous caregiving experience. Our staff includes is filled with individuals who have been caring for others their entire lives. Amongst our ranks are individuals are individuals that are CNA’s (Certified Nursing Assistants), HHA (Home Health Aide’s), CCA’s (Certified Companion Aide’s), hospice Aides and nursing students.

In addition to their previous experience, our caregivers receive continuous training that includes a specialized curriculum exclusive to Alliance Senior Care. We make a special effort to carefully match our caregivers to each client, and we understand the importance of having the same caregivers assigned to you.

When we start service we identify the caregiver or caregivers that are going to be part of each client’s care team. We introduce each care team to the client and ensure that they are familiar with the client and their care needs. At Alliance Senior Care, we believe our client’s deserve the respect of knowing who is coming to care for them and when they will arrive.Our caregivers provide a wide range of non-medical home care services, including:
