24/7 Home Care

You want to be there for your loved one at all times. But it’s very difficult to provide round-the-clock care to someone in fragile health. Alliance Senior Care is available at any time to provide care.

24/7 care services are great for people with dementia or Alzheimer’s, people who have trouble getting up and moving around the house, people recovering from surgery or other hospital care, or people experiencing end-of-life or hospice care. With 24/7 care, patients are comforted, knowing someone will be there to help them, and family has the peace of mind they need.

Common scenarios for 24/7 care:

  • People who are at risk when left unattended – such as falling or cognitive impairment such as Alzheimer’s disease or dementia
  • Recently released hospital patients who need assistance, encouragement and supervision
  • Families caring for an elder full-time in need of respite or vacation

Your loved one will receive personalized and consistent care from a familiar team of trained and experienced caregivers. Our direct care provides:

  • Safety
  • Reliable supervision and support
  • Companionship
  • Stimulation of the mind and mood
  • Peace of mind for the family
  • Personal care
  • Household tasks

With 24/7 care, two caregivers rotate through shifts to make sure that someone is always there when needed.

An Alternative to Facility Living

Many people would prefer to stay in their homes when they get older instead of moving to an assisted living center. With 24/7 home care Alliance Senior Care creates customized service plans for each client.  During our complimentary in-home assessment, we meet the family and the care recipient to determine their care needs, level of family involvement, home safety, physical and mental limitations and specialty needs.

Overnight Care

Some families do not need 24 hour care, but they do need to someone to attend to their loved ones at night. Overnight care provides a caregiver each night to be awake while you get some rest. That way, someone is always awake, alert, and there when needed.

Short and Long Term Care Option

24/7 home care can be a short or long term option. In situations, where a client has a chronic condition that is going to warrant continued care, 24/7 care can provide the assistance that they need to remain in their own home.

For those clients who may be recovering from an illness, hospital stay or surgery, 24/7 care can be used to provide them with the care and support that they need to return home and recover in the comforts of their own home. As the client recovers, the 24/7 care can be transitioned to other care options such as hourly care or live-in care, whatever is appropriate.
