The People at Alliance treat you like family, I have been working with them for 6 years and would love to tell would love to tell you all about the great experiences I had, when my mom was sick, they worked around my schedule so that I did not lose hours, the other reviews I see here are not consistent with the experience I had, more than likely they were employees that didn't want to work or are unstaffable, which we see from time to time. They really took care of me since my attendance is stellar. I have worked for other companies where the supervisor treats you like a number, not Alliance, I feel like part of the family.

Pros- Family Atmosphere, 401K, Profit Sharing.

I just love this place! I have worked at Alliance for almost 2 and a half years now, I came from one of the other millions of home care companies that promises a lot but never delivers. From day one my supervisor has been respectful of my concerns and my time. They matched me up with the most adorable couple to work with. When I had a family emergency they were very understanding and actually helped me work through it. I would never leave, in fact I'm looking to possibly work in the office while I go to school giving me great experience.

Pros- Understanding boss, time off when needed

I have worked at Alliance senior Care for 3 years now, they are very structured and have a real appreciation for work and family balance. They seem to really weed out the workers who don't want to work or are low performers, these workers seem to really agitate us caregivers who show up to work everyday and do a good job. I have accumulated almost $13k in my profit sharing that is setting me up for my retirement savings.

Pros- 401K, Profit Sharing, Flexible Schedule to work around my family.
